Free Diabetes checkup camp

Lions Club of Baroda Rising Star conducted a Free Diabetes Checkup Camp on 22nd February 2025 at Sukh Dham Haveli, Waghodia Road, Vadodara, Gujarat. The camp offered diabetes screening to promote early detection and healthier lifestyles within the community. A total of 151 beneficiaries were screened, with participation from Lions and non-Lion members including Lion Hiren Rathod, Lion Deepak Mistry, Lion Vaishali Mistry, Lion Tarun Bhatt, Lion Falguni Bhatt, and Lion Joseph. The 14 participating Lions members contributed 84 Lion Hours of service to the camp. This activity reflects the club's ongoing efforts to make diabetes screening accessible to residents of Vadodara.
