Tree Plantation, Environment Program

Lions Club of Baroda Rising Star organized a Tree Plantation and Environment Programme on 21st February 2025 at Ful Pari School and Rameshwar School, Taluka Halol, Panchmahal district, Gujarat. The initiative focused on promoting environmental awareness and encouraging community participation in creating a greener environment, with 100 trees planted across the two school campuses. Lions and non-Lion members took part in the plantation drive, including Lion Hiren Rathod, Lion Deepak Mistry, Lion Lata Shah, and Lion Paresh Shah. The activity benefited 600 individuals, with 20 Lions members contributing 116 Lion Hours of service. The programme reflects the club's continued commitment to environmental sustainability and responsible community service in rural Gujarat.
